Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to the Profile tab → tap "Upgrade" or "Manage Subscription" → tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.

Is my data backed up?

Yes! If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, all your PeacePoint data (journal entries, checklists, mood logs) is automatically included in your device backups. We don't have access to your data—it stays on your device and in your personal iCloud backup.

How do I enable the Privacy Vault (FaceID/Biometric Lock)?

Go to Profile → Privacy & Security → toggle "Biometric Lock". You'll need to authenticate once to enable it.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. You can request a refund through the App Store app or at reportaproblem.apple.com

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Restart your device, 3) Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store. If the problem persists, email us with details about what's happening.

Do you offer discounts or financial assistance?
